Practical details

What are your working hours?

Our office line is open Monday – Saturday, 15:00–21:00, Eastern Time (ET) — Wasaga Beach.

How can I reach the team?

Email [email protected] or call +1 705-229-1090.

Where is the studio located?

757 Oxbow Park Drive, Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z 2V2, with street parking available along the block and level access from the entrance for anyone who needs it.

Is the studio accessible?

Yes. The training room is on the ground floor, reached without stairs from the street entrance, and there is accessible parking nearby.

Can a local business book a group session?

Yes. Small workplaces and community groups in the Wasaga Beach area can arrange a calm-communication session together — email us with the group size and a few possible dates.

These are the questions that come up most, but every studio has details that are easier to cover in a short message than in a list on a page — if yours is not above, just ask, and an instructor will reply with a straight answer rather than a generic form letter.
